Vistenne is an AI-powered fashion consulting application that provides personalized style recommendations, outfit coordination, moodboard creation, color analysis, and wardrobe management tools. The Service is available as a mobile application and through our website.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, moodboards, and style preferences. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and analyze your content to provide the Service.
  • Store your content securely on our servers.
  • Generate AI-powered recommendations based on your content.

We will not share, sell, or publicly display your content without your explicit consent.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

Our AI-generated fashion recommendations are suggestions only and should not be considered professional advice. You acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any recommendation.
  • Fashion choices and purchases made based on our recommendations are at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Create multiple accounts or share account credentials.

7. Subscription and Payments

Vistenne may offer free and premium subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing occurs through the App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of your app store.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vistenne. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistenne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
